Please note that our services are not set up for emergency medical situations. If you are having any life threatening condition including but not limited to high grade fever, low or very high blood pressure, chest pain, shortness of breath, severe pain or stroke like symptoms etc, please call 911 or go to a nearby emergency center as soon as possible.
Please also note that physician-order service for diagnostics is not available for all the tests such as tests requiring IV contrast. Patients needing diagnostic study with IV contrast, must have a proper online visit with our physician first as well as need to have a lab test for their kidney function first.
Once you request the order service, you will receive an email inquiring about your medical history and you are required to fill in the form. Our affiliated physicians can only process orders after reviewing your medical history. Please note in some cases as determined by our medical team, you may be required to have additional information or an online visit first (for additional fee) before an order can be processed. Thanks
